Some Things That Republican Presidental Candidates Need to Beat Obama

Since there is no front runner yet for the Republican primary, here is a few things I would like to see in a candidate.     I think not having a early frontrunner isn't a big deal,  we just need to make a better choice this time.   The so called "moderate" McCain got us no moderates and made conservatives stay home.  We cannot allow another RINO give Barry a second term.   Our future depends on Barry not having a second term.    I cannot afford to have Obama there for a full eight years, I know you can't either.   Yes, its that important!

Here is my list.

One that doesn't care what the lamestream media thinks.   Most  Republicans seem to go out of their way to please these jokers and what does it get them?   Nothing.   Republican candidates just have to forget about that bunch, they aren't your friends, they aren't going to vote for you no matter what.   Basically who cares what they say or think, they are going to get it wrong no matter how many times you tell them.   Luckily there aren't that many of them so losing them as voters isn't a big deal.  They aren't worth the effort.   Just have good answers for their lies.

One that will not be crowed by the b^#@#$*& from the Obama campaign and their lamestream lackeys.   They are going to lay it on thick this time,  as they get cornered on their record.   The Obama regimes  record is terrible so all they can do is attack your character and compare you with Hitler.    Take being called a racist,  a nazi, backwards trilobite as a source  of pride.   That means they got nothing on ya.

One that doesn't have skeletons in the closet.  They will be found.   You aren't Obama,  where they won't look for anything bad (or anything for that matter).   You don't get a pass.   Have a clean nose.

One that does do something about voter fraud.    This is one of the biggest failings of the 2008 election.   The Bush administration  did virtually nothing to stop the widespread election fraud committed by ACORN.    Now the Obama regime will do even less, nothing in fact (and call you a racist to boot) and ACORN is even more hidden (its broken up into thousands of little separate organizations)  this time so the fraud will be even worse this time.    I really don't know what a candidate is going to do to stop fraud,  even putting it in the light of day isn't going to stop it, the lamestream media will bury it (again).

OK, that's enough with the stupid media nonsense that comes with a "modern" election , here's some of the real issues.

Pro-Life:   The candidate has to be pro-life.   It may not be the biggest issue this time around, abortion still is a hot issue no matter.   Why is it important.   Simple answer,  Supreme Court justices.    Barry has unfortunately  gotten to replace two old liberals with young liberals.  We cannot allow the so called "moderate" justice (who votes anti-life most of the time) be replaced with a full time liberal.   It would be bad enough for a Democrat to install another liberal,  it would be worse for a Republican to do so.

Constitutional Supreme Court picks:  Only constitutional justices should be picked.   One for the reason above,  but the "living" constitution that the liberals believes in,  has caused some major problems.    Citing foreign laws or making up new "rights" are some examples of that nonsense.   The biggest danger is allowing Obama to replace Justice Kennedy (or one of the conservatives).

Downsizing the Federal government:   It just has to be done.   It has been growing at enormous rates lately,  but its been growing far too much for the last eight decades.   It is taking our liberty (and hard earned cash) and we just can't afford it.   Plus we don't even need it.   Return things to the states or better yet just get rid of many things that should never have been to begin with.    The goal of the Republican party should include  as a plank (since no one president is going to be able to do it at once) ,  downsizing the federal government to about a quarter of the size of what it is today.   Reagan was the only president to make a dent in the growth of the federal government and he was only able to slow it.   It needs to stop growing.   That may have to be the goal of the next couple of Republican presidents.

Economic growth:    Obama policies have ensured there is little to no growth.    Taxes and regulations have to be rolled back.   Many industries have so many rules and regulations that have nothing to do with safety and purity  (the original reasons for regulations).   Outside of those reasons there are few reasons for any rules from the government.   It just drives up costs and doesn't do anybody any good.     The poor economy is the issue that will likely cost Barry his second term, because even some who otherwise wouldn't vote Republican, would.   Hammer him relentlessly on this issue.   He has nothing to defend himself on this issue.  Don't let him blame Bush anymore,  its his problem now,  and it is his fault its not getting better.

Taxes:  Government has to live on a budget, just like everybody else.    Therefore the government has to learn to live on far less, as the rest of us has learned to do.  The candidate must be firm on not creating or raising any taxes.

Energy Policy:  The policy we have been stuck with hasn't done us any good.   We would be better off with nothing.    Its time to produce most of our energy at home.   Its become clear we have far more energy reserves within our own borders so let us develop our own energy industry.   It will provide real,  good and high paying jobs for millions.   Plus we don't have to send money to people who don't like us even though we made them rich.   We need a pro-America energy policy.

No more Subsidies  for big crony businesses and "green" energy:  No auto, bank,  bail outs.   No money for green technologies that don't work or that are clearly niches.  As long as there is government money  to be had the invention that makes some of that stuff  work won't be found.   Profit motive works far better.

There is more,  I will write that at a later date.
