California is so broke, Governor Schwarzenegger hopes to raise some cash by selling surplus state property.
Schwarzenegger Holds 'Great California Garage Sale'. OK, why does the state of California own a X-box 360? (That's a gaming system for those of you who don't know what that is). Let alone a "surplus" one?
There is a reason the founding fathers didn't want the government to do much. This is one of the reasons why. The government is that relative that cannot hold on to money if his life depended on it.
