South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford did what no other governor did when he rejected "stimulus" cash from the federal government. However South Carolina will now take the cash. Because the
court ordered Governor Sanford to do so.
So who is in control? The governor elected by the people or the unelected court? Looks like it is the court.
Freedom is being lost by our own court system!
South Carolina has every right to pass on the cash (and the strings that come attached) but a few people wearing black robes once again stop the will of the people.
