California Bridge Sculpture Is Literally for the Dogs. For the tune of nearly two hundred thousand dollars to boot!
This is what we as taxpayers will be buying with the pork bill!
I got nothing against public art. I think its a good thing, most of the time. But who are the nitwits picking it out? Who wants to look at sculpture of dogs doing their business? Somebody really stepped in it.
