Boy, Chicago taxpayers sure are getting it in the rear this year. No wonder I see so many Chicago residents at my open houses in Indiana lately. There are so many folks fleeing the Peoples Republic of Illinois, and many more are planning on leaving soon.
The newest tax scam is from Daley this time, he wants new fees and taxes, as well as fewer parking tickets before your car gets booted. Read about it
here. They just don't get the budget cut thing in Illinois lately.
Attention Illinois Politicians, this is how this works: You take in X amount of dollars, Y is what you want to spend. Y cannot be a bigger number then X. If Y is bigger you don't have the money and cannot spend any more. Y must get smaller because X cannot get any bigger. X is already a too high number, it has to get smaller too. Cutting Y is easier then you think, since there is plenty of fat to cut.
But nothing is that easy for a politician is it?
