This is one of those things that you don't know wether to laugh or be mad. How a case like this
one gets to a court is anybodies guess. In today's America we are way too used to using courts to settle things. It is a big problem that isn't anywhere near being solved. Is a burrito a sandwich or not, GIVE ME A BREAK.
